The Carriage Company is an adaptive reuse project of the former Craig & Wilson building, in Downtown Gastonia, built circa 1886. Consisting of 16 new historic lofts and up to 3 retail storefronts, our 1 and 2 Bedroom are priced from the low 70′s.

Our lofts incorporate the existing brick walls, exposed wood beams, historic Victorian-Gothic style window frames and tin ceilings original to the building. Modern elements, including IKEA kitchens, hand scraped plank floors, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances, merge the two era’s beautifully.
Our showroom is located at 201 W. Main Ave. downtown Gastonia. Our showroom hours are Tuesday – Saturday 10:00am – 3:00pm and Sunday 1:00pm – 3:00pm. We also provide guided tours of the building weekly.
